It’s like a creative adventure where you can learn lighting and composition tricks to make your photos look amazing. This workshop is like a guiding light for people who love taking swimwear and fashion pictures and want to get better at it. We’re here to share the exciting moments and helpful tips from this weekend filled with fun and learning, all happening in the stunning backdrop of Goa’s beaches.
If you have been to our previous workshops, you already have been part of the crazy after-workshop fun. But if you are new to our workshops, let us tell you that you are going to have one of the best times of your life during our workshops.

Itenary
Arrive at Goa a day before to make sure that you reach on time on the workshop day, because we will be having an early morning session on 21st March ( your stay for 20th March is not included in your workshop fees )
To make sure you get the best out of this travel, we have made sure that we utilize the 7-8 hours of the workshop time in the first half of the morning so the second half is free for you to explore the Goa.
Day 1 21st March
6:30 am Meet the team at the given location and keep the gears handy. We will brief you about the day’s plan
2:00 pm we end the workshop, followed by the lunch
Enjoy your rest of the day exploring GOA and your rest of the night exploring GOA parties
Day 2 22nd March
6:30 am is your call time, let’s meet at the beach for the group discussion about what to be done on this day
7:00 am With the first ray of sunrise light we will start our shoot
2:00 pm we will end the workshop and head towards our lunch tables

Step 1 The booking process is very simple, we will need you to send us your Full name, Email, and Number on our WhatsApp +91 9898 550 223 with a message saying, I want to enroll my seat for the workshop.
Step 2 Our team will send you the bank account details, where you need to send the amount for booking, and congratulations you are on board for the workshop.
Please note:
– Right now we are open for pre-bookings only, which means we will be taking 10,000/- as the advance to confirm your seat. This is a pre-booking amount to secure your spot. Once we get the minimal number of seats to execute the workshop, we will ask for the rest of the fees to be paid in the accounts.
– We wanted to give you a heads-up about something important. You might have heard about the rise in Covid cases lately, and we want to be upfront with you. Things can change, and there might be adjustments or even cancellations to the event.
If we have to cancel the workshop, don’t worry – we’ve got your back. We’ll refund the total amount you paid for the event. However, we want to make it clear that we won’t be able to cover any expenses you might have incurred, like travel tickets or other arrangements.
Given the uncertain situation, we strongly recommend you book your travel tickets with a “cancellation refund” option. This way, you’re covered in case of any unexpected changes.

- Your stay for 21st March and 22nd March is included, it is going to be on a triple sharing basis and a home/villa/ bais hotel stay ( if you wish to stay in any hotel of your choice, you can do that but that will not affect the rates )
- Your lunch for both days is included
What’s not included
- Your traveling charges to and from Goa
- Your local traveling expenses ( cabs or rental bikes )
- Meals except the lunch for two days are not included in the package
- Any other personal expenses
- Any rental gear you need to bring is not included
- Your entry fees for any parties, and locations
- Any other expenses such as beverages, or any activities you do else of workshop are not included

Image usage policies for students
Before you embark on our upcoming photography workshop, we want to ensure that you understand the terms regarding the usage of the images you capture during the workshop. While there will be a comprehensive contract outlining all terms and conditions, here are the key points regarding the rights of the images you’ll be producing:
Usage on Social Media, Website, and Portfolio: You are permitted to use the images you capture during the workshop on your social media accounts, personal website, and portfolio. However, it is imperative that you clearly attribute the images to the photography workshop with Varun Patel and include team credits. This attribution must precede any captions or hashtags and should be the very first line under the post. The same clear attribution is required on your website or any online portfolio.
Restriction on Usage: The images captured during the workshop cannot be utilized for any other purpose beyond your personal social media accounts or portfolio.
Prohibition on Paid Promotional Usage: Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or use any of the images for paid promotional purposes, including on social media.
Non-Exclusive Rights: You do not gain exclusive rights to the images for usage in any other context beyond the limited social media and website usage specified above.
Institutional Representation: If you represent any institute or college, you are expressly prohibited from using any of the workshop images on their websites, social media, or any other online platforms. These images are strictly reserved for personal portfolio usage.
We want to ensure that everyone understands and respects these terms to maintain the integrity of the workshop and the work produced during it. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
