Day 1
6:00 A.M. – Rise and shine! It’s time to kickstart our journey.
Report at our studio building in Ahmedabad to embark on an adventure like no other.
1:00 P.M. – After a scenic drive, we finally arrive at our destination: Jawai, Rajasthan.
Take a moment to soak in the beauty of this enchanting land before we dive into our further activities.
2:00 P.M. – Gather around the lunch table for a brief yet informative session. Get to know your fellow photographers and brace yourselves for the incredible experiences that lie ahead.
5:00 P.M. – Let the adventure begin! Hop on board for a thrilling safari ride as we explore the hills of Jawai and seek out sightings of the elusive leopards that roam these lands. Get your cameras ready for some unforgettable shots!
8:00 P.M. – After an exhilarating day of exploration, it’s time to unwind and indulge in a delicious dinner at the hotel. Join the entire team as we share stories, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Day 2
5:30 A.M. – Photographers, It’s time to gear up for an exhilarating safari drive as we scout out the perfect locations to capture stunning shots with our model.
6:00 A.M. – With cameras at the ready, we set off from the hotel in our open jeeps, ready to shoot some amazing shots with our model with Jawai’s scenic backdrops.
10:00 A.M. – After a morning filled with adventure and exploration, we return to the hotel for a well-deserved breakfast. Recharge your energy for the exciting day ahead!
11:30 A.M. – Back in action! We gather in the hotel premises to continue our fashion shoot.
1:30 P.M. – Time to refuel and recharge with a delicious lunch spread for everyone. Take a moment to relax and bond with your fellow photographers over a hearty meal.
3:00 P.M. – As the afternoon sun bathes Jawai in golden light, we resume our shooting sessions, capturing the essence of style amidst the serene surroundings of our hotel.
7:00 P.M. – With memory cards filled with incredible images and hearts full of satisfaction, we bring our workshop to a close. Reflect on the day’s achievements and celebrate the artistry that has unfolded before our lenses.
Day 3
As the sun rises on our final day in Jawai, we bid farewell to the unforgettable experiences and cherished memories we’ve made.
Unwind and relax by the hotel pool, basking in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast to fuel up for the journey ahead before checking out from the hotel. On the way back to Ahmedabad, indulge in the flavors of Rajasthan with a delightful lunch, savoring the local delicacies that tantalize the taste buds.
As we make our way back to Ahmedabad, let the memories of Jawai linger in your mind, and the images captured during the workshop serve as lasting reminders of the magic we’ve experienced together. Please review the following important information regarding the terms and conditions for our upcoming workshop:
- Cancellation Policy: Workshop fees are non-refundable in case of participant cancellation. However, seats can be transferred to another participant with instructor approval.
- Minimum Seat Requirement: The workshop requires a minimum number of seats to be filled. If this requirement is not met, the management reserves the right to cancel the workshop and provide a 100% refund of workshop fees only.
- Mentor Unavailability: In the event that the mentor becomes unable to conduct the workshop, 100% of the fees will be refunded to the participants.
- Flexibility for Timing: Participants must allow for extra hours before and after the workshop in case of changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Confidentiality and Copyright: All workshop materials and information are for attendees only and should not be shared without consent. Participants are not permitted to use workshop images for commercial purposes or submit them to contests, exhibitions, or magazines.
- Image Usage and Credits: Images taken during the workshop can only be used for portfolio purposes. Proper credit to “Varun Patel Photography” and the workshop name is required when posting on social media.
- Liability: The instructor is not liable for any injury to participants or their equipment during the workshop.
- Health Issues: Participants with health issues or on medication must inform the team beforehand and keep medication handy during the workshop.

Before you embark on our upcoming photography workshop, we want to ensure that you understand the terms regarding the usage of the images you capture during the workshop. While there will be a comprehensive contract outlining all terms and conditions, here are the key points regarding the rights of the images you’ll be producing:
We want to ensure that everyone understands and respects these terms to maintain the integrity of the workshop and the work produced during it. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
- Usage on Social Media, Website, and Portfolio: You are permitted to use the images you capture during the workshop on your social media accounts, personal website, and portfolio. However, it is imperative that you clearly attribute the images to the photography workshop with Varun Patel and include team credits. This attribution must precede any captions or hashtags and should be the very first line under the post. The same clear attribution is required on your website or any online portfolio.
- Restriction on Usage: The images captured during the workshop cannot be utilized for any other purpose beyond your personal social media accounts or portfolio.
- Prohibition on Paid Promotional Usage: Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or use any of the images for paid promotional purposes, including on social media.
- Non-Exclusive Rights: You do not gain exclusive rights to the images for usage in any other context beyond the limited social media and website usage specified above.
- Institutional Representation: If you represent any institute or college, you are expressly prohibited from using any of the workshop images on their websites, social media, or any other online platforms. These images are strictly reserved for personal portfolio usage.
